Network Admin
Objectives
We are looking for someone to help to maintain IT infrastructure support and stability. This person must also provide Help Desk/PC support to employees in the corporate offices
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily and weekly backups of multiple systems:
- Set up new user accounts on Windows Active Server and Email as needed
- Provide Password support to users as needed
- Provide backup support to the lead importing of internal software Patient Finder and Patient Manager
- Provide Software training to those individuals who require assistance
- Provide help desk support to employees who need printer / fax machine/ computer issues on a timely basis to keep work flow going smoothly
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years required in the use of PC computers and office software such as MS Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Some understanding and knowledge of Windows 2003 Business Server and SQL a plus, but we will provide training to the qualified candidate who is offered the position.
Abilities Required:

Web Marketing Specialist
Objectives
Research and uncover internet marketing opportunities for existing and new products via the web. Lead and coordinate all efforts in research, planning, development, and execution.
Measure and analyze web marketing efforts. Produce reporting and independent analysis to help all aspects of our web marketing strategies.
Create and oversee the initiatives listed below:
1) Strategic Planning
Use strategic planning process and methods and apply to web marketing campaigns. Involve appropriate department members in process of developing budgets and marketing campaigns.
2) Web Marketing
Oversee all promotional efforts related to online channel. Ensure brand identity is maintained. Manage, plan and implement key marketing programs, including paid placement, search engine optimization, link sharing partnership programs, onsite marketing vehicles, onsite surveys, interactive vehicles, online cross-sell, up-sell programs, email campaigns, via website. Monitor effectiveness of marketing programs. Work closely with product development.
3) Web Analytics
Analyze available statistics and provide detailed reports on trends and site usage to aid in marketing and site development decisions.

Manage campaigns

Write Ad Campaigns for new product releases, seasonal ads, and on-going campaigns
Landing page management
Measure ROI on all paid campaigns
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)
Take a proactive approach in making SEO suggestions:
Optimize all site components such as: copy, page title & descriptions, site architecture, creative, landing pages, etc. for natural search
Work with detailed site analysis by reviewing statistical data regularly and optimizing poor performing areas.
Manage conversion statistics and make recommendations to continuously improve
Press release optimization and submission
Link building campaign management
Minor role in affiliate management
Work closely with web team and marketing to ensure implementation of recommendations
Foster relationships with search engines
Manage site feeds, ie. Sitemaps, Froogle, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years or 5 years works experience with SEO/SEM projects and data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in internet publishing, e-commerce, or marketing.
- Two years direct SEO marketing experience Familiarity with developing, maintaining and optimizing large dynamically generated sites
- SQL experience required Ability to interpret and analyze raw server log files
- Proficiency in SEO reporting and analytical tools
- Familiarity with common measures of web activity such as page views, unique visits, hits, etc.
- Experience with SEO keyword research and development Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
- Knowledge of search listing providers, 3rd party SEM tools, tracking tools, bid-management systems and keyword development tools.
- Must be knowledgeable with the activity of Search Engine crawlers and technologies as well as related business model
Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO
Objectives:
Provide administrative support to the President/CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Open mail and distribute incoming Mail
- Update the company Calendar
- Mail any items that need to go out
- Answer the phone
Weekly:
- Collect time sheets/expense reports
- Send out meeting requests as they pertain to Jerry’s schedule
- Distribute itineraries associated with meetings
- Keep the metering machine updated with postage
- Keep inventory and buy office supplies as needed
Other:
- Make travel arrangements and itineraries for the arrangement.
- Make sure all appropriate parties have a copy of the itinerary.
Experience Requirements:
- Effective communication with managers, program personnel, physicians, healthcare professionals and the general public.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Extensive knowledge of office procedures and policies.
- Computer, typing and speed writing skills necessary to meet office needs.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate filing systems, meeting/event scheduling and project coordination.
- Composition skills to facilitate effective and efficient written communication.
