Is my data safe and secure?
Yes! We use industry standard web technologies using a Microsoft Certified platform. All data is encrypted using a High Grade (128bit) SSL pipe. All data is backed up regularly, both on-site and off.

What if I need custom reports or specific forms?
If you need a specific report, or if you need help with creating an application for Center of Excellence, we offer custom reporting at an hourly rate. Please contact a LivLite representative for details.

What if I need to import my existing data?
We offer custom import of patient data. We support Excel, Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and FoxPro data formats. Import services are provided at an hourly rate. Please contact a LivLite representative for details.

What about exporting my data?
The export of patient data will be offered at a fee if you wish to leave the service. We will provide an encrypted password protected file for download.

HIPAA Compliance?
Healthwise Technologies is dedicated to protecting patient data. We have a strict non-transport policy where as no patient data is release to anyone other than the original group who entered the record. Upon termination of contract the data is removed from the system with in 30 days.
