We believe that the delivery of cost effective yet high quality care will result in profit optimization. In achievement of the delivery of quality care key factors include personalization, safety, timeliness, efficiency and innovation.

Quality medical care must be patient-centered, respectful and responsive to individual patient needs.

The delivery of care should be timely. Reducing waits and often harmful delays are to be a priority in an effective delivery system.

Efficiency must be a high priority with the avoidance of waste of supplies, equipment and energy.

Provision of care must not vary in quality because of personal characteristics such as gender, geographic location, ethnicity and socioeconomic status.

HTI adheres to its guiding principles of quality and respect for individual needs. These are characteristics we have followed that model since 1971.

Innovation and specialization are core competencies of HTI. We find that providers who endorse innovation and specialization excel today’s competitive environment.
